Refund policy

We want you to love your purchase! We accept returns on most* items within 30 days of receipt with Onward VIP Protection+, as long as they are sealed, unused, and in new condition.No Onward? No problem! You can still return eligible items within 14 days of receipt following our standard return policy below.

Standard (non-Onward) Returns & Exchange Policy Eligible for Return & Refund:
  • Most products that are sealed, unopened, and in new condition within 14 days of receipt.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
  • Returns must be received within 14 days of delivery.
  • A $7 restocking fee will apply, and original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Exchange Only:
  • Bralettes (must be unworn with original tags attached).
Final Sale – Not Eligible for Return:
  • Items sold in Bundles and Kits (e.g., Milk Maker Kit, Try Me Kit, Sampler Pack, etc.).
  • Passive Pumps
  • Panties
  • Hydromom

Subscription Policy

Subscription items will ship automatically based on the frequency and quantity selected at checkout. By placing a subscription order, you authorize us to charge your payment method for future recurring orders.
  • Subscriptions must be canceled before the renewal date to avoid being charged for the next shipment.
  • Once an order renews, it cannot be canceled or refunded.
  • To manage or cancel your subscription, please refer to our policy or contact our customer service team at support@discountednutrition.shop.

What is Onward VIP Protection+?

We’ve partnered with Onward to provide our customers with carbon neutral shipping protection on future purchases and our 30-day satisfaction guarantee on your purchase. When you add Onward to your order, you’ll be protected against lost or damaged packages(does not cover theft).

You’ll also have 30 days after your purchase to try our products with free returns. If you are dissatisfied, Onward will work with us to make it right. Onward covers the subtotal minus shipping of the order on returns of new items and we provide store credits for open products. 

Our shipping carriers are notified of delivery issues, if the results of their investigations verify it was delivered correctly no refunds issued, only store credits. Theft is not covered.

Who does Onward partner with to make shipments carbon neutral?

Onward has partnered with Cool Effect, a 501c non-profit climate change organization, to neutralize carbon emissions from your shipments covered with Onward. When you add Onward to your order, you’ll be automatically taking action against climate change.
